FIRST READING Taken from-:   “From you shall come forth one who is to be ruler in Israel.” A reading from the Book of the Prophet Micah (Micah 5 :2-5a) Thus says the LORD!  You, O Bethlehem  Ephrathah,  who are little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days. Therefore he shall give them up until the time when she who has labour pains has brought forth; then the rest of his brethren shall return to the sons of Israel. And he shall stand and feed his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God. And they shall dwell secure, for now he shall be great to the ends of the earth. And this shall be peace. The word of the Lord. RESPONSORIAL PSALM   Gotten from-:   "

4 Steps to say the Divine mercy prayer

   Step 1:

  The three O'clock prayer:

You start it by saying:
You expired Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O fount of life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelope the world and empty yourself out upon us (3×).

  Then a silent prayer:

And then, three times you say this prayer:
O blood and water, which gushed forth from the heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in you.

Step2:

Then the chaplet of Divine Mercy:

One our father, one hail mary/creed
Eternal father, I offer you the body and blood, soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

Next3:

On the ten small beads pray:

You pray; For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Then at the conclusion of the five decades, pray: Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world (3×).

Silent prayers and petitions:

Pray: St. Maria faustina--prayer For us (3×).

Let us pray: All: Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will, which is love and mercy itself. Amen.

Next4:

A prayer for Divine mercy

All: O greatly merciful God, infinite Goodness, today all mankind calls out from the abyss of its misery to your mercy of your compassion, O God and it is with its mighty voice of misery that cries out. Gracious God, do not reject the prayer of this earth's exiles! O Lord, Goodness beyond our understanding, who are acquainted with our misery through and through, and know that by our own power we cannot ascend to you. We implore you, anticipate us with your grace and keep on increasing your mercy in us, so that we may faithfully do your holy will all through our life and at death's hour. Let the omnipotence of your mercy shield us from the darts of our salvation's enemies, that we may with confidence, as your children, await your final coming that day known to you alone. And we expect to obtain everything promised us by Jesus in spite of all our wretchedness. For Jesus is our hope. Through his merciful heart, as through an open gate, we pass through to heaven. Amen.
